PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

What personal data are processed

•  User’s email address and name;
• The name and version of the operating system of the devices used for the client application;

The purpose of the processing of personal data

The email address is used as a username when logging in, restoring the password and reporting errors and malfunctions. It is not mandatory to enter a name. The email address can only be seen by all users with the administrator level in that organization within the same organization (client).

The information about the devices of the client application is used only technically to identify the devices and to allow permanent access. This information is not shared with anyone else.

Security and access to data

In addition to the customer’s own administrator-level users, only Innoair OÜ employees and employees of the partner company have access to personal data, who can access the personal data in order to resolve technical issues related to the use of the system and provide customer support services.

Innoair OÜ implements appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access and disclosure.

Access to and correction of personal data

Personal data can be accessed and corrected in the software user interface.

Delete

In order to completely delete personal data, customer support must be contacted by e-mail. A request for erasure shall be responded to no later than within a month and the period during which the data will be deleted shall be specified.
